Large beautifully refurbished former country house with three entrances is situated next to the main gate. Its original terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings enhance the casual country atmosphere. Big courtyard is a great playground for children. Air-conditioning available in the bedrooms is especially appreciated during hot summer months.

On the ground-floor there is a spacious, traditional Tuscan kitchen with a fireplace and an original forno (oven) for baking bread and pizza as well as all modern appliances, lighted marble counter, inox accessories, and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a huge dining room / salon with a fireplace and cable TV. On the other side of the hall there is a bathroom with a tub and shower and a separate utility room with a washing machine.

On the 1st floor there is the master bedroom with a roomy walk-in closet, a double bedroom with a beautifully renovated French Art Deco iron bed (150cm), a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The rooms with the preserved beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors were exquisitely restored; painted by the graduates of Florence Academy of Arts. The renovated bathroom has beautiful modern fixtures and fittings.

In front of the house the guests can enjoy a set of comfy garden furniture under a large parasol.

There is free wireless internet access and TV sets in all the houses and apartments. The kitchens are fully equipped (pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, coffee makers, etc); there are hair-driers in each bathroom, an iron is available on request. We do not clean the quarters during rental, so toilet paper is not resupplied. We do not provide washing powder, soap, shower gel, shampoo or other cosmetics. Free Parking is provided on the grounds.
